Caregiver / Companion Care Aide
Location: Gainesville, VA 20155
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time Day Shift (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and engaging caregiver to provide companion care services for a client in Gainesville, VA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships while helping seniors remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes.
Additional shifts may be available for caregivers interested in expanding their schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, conversation, and social engagement
- Encourage participation in daily activities and routines
- Offer emotional support and friendly interaction
- Assist with light housekeeping and household organization
- Prepare light snacks or meals as needed
- Monitor client safety and well-being
- Communicate observations and concerns to the care team
Qualifications
- Caregiving, home care, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and build rapport with clients
- Reliable transportation preferred
