Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and dependable Caregivers to join our team in Herndon, VA. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for helping others maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support).
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Remind clients to take medications as directed.
- Document care provided and report changes in client’s condition.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plus).
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to lift/pivot clients as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid ID and reliable transportation required.
- Clear background check required.
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time available).
- $17 per hour.
