We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse (LPN/RN) to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of students. In this vital role, you will provide top-notch care, manage chronic conditions, and ensure the safety and wellness of students throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:
π©Ί Provide first aid and emergency care, offering prompt attention to students and staff.
π Assess and manage chronic and acute health conditions to ensure students' overall well-being.
π Administer medications safely and monitor for any side effects or reactions.
π Conduct health screenings, manage immunization records, and ensure compliance with health policies.
π Collaborate with parents and staff to create and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) for students with special medical needs.
π§βπ« Offer health education on topics like nutrition, disease prevention, and overall wellness.
π Maintain accurate, confidential health records, adhering to privacy regulations.

What Youβll Bring:
π License: Active DC LPN or RN license.
π Certification: Current BLS (CPR and AED) certification.
πΆ Experience:
π License: Active DC LPN or RN license.

RN: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

LPN: Minimum of 3 years of LPN experience.
