About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team as Medical Director in a dynamic community-based setting in Washington, DC. This leadership role provides an opportunity to oversee and enhance mental health services for children and adolescents while directly engaging with patients to make a meaningful impact.

This leadership role provides an opportunity to oversee and enhance mental health services for children and adolescents while directly engaging with patients to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Medical Director, providing clinical leadership and oversight for mental health programs.
- Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in children and adolescents through evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists and counselors.
- Provide consultations and support to families and caregivers to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Active medical license in Washington, DC.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to serving diverse populations in a community-based setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule:
- Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Flexible options for part-time or full-time employment.

Compensation: $125.00 per hour
