This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families while working in a collaborative and professional environment.

Schedule:
- Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Part-time hours to start, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group counseling to clients in a community setting.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Active LPC license in Washington, DC.
- Experience providing counseling services in community-based or outpatient settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
