We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) to join our team in a community-based setting in Washington, DC. This position provides an opportunity to deliver impactful counseling services while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Schedule:
- Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Part-time hours to start, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients in a community setting.
- Conduct assessments and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Address mental health needs through evidence-based counseling techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Active LGPC license in Washington, DC.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional boundaries.
- Experience in community-based or outpatient counseling is preferred.
- Commitment to serving diverse populations and promoting equity and inclusion.
