This role offers an opportunity to provide critical support to individuals and families, working collaboratively within a supportive and professional environment.

Schedule:
- Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Part-time hours to start, with potential for full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group therapy to clients in a community-based setting.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address client needs holistically.
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all documentation and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Active LICSW license in Washington, DC.
- Proven experience in clinical settings, preferably in community-based services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to serving diverse populations and promoting equitable care.
